under registration number 543735.
For us, trading without a licence would amount to a criminal offence which could
result in a fine and/or imprisonment. Needless to say we take our obligations to
comply with the legislation extremely seriously.
Sherlock requires a licence specifically under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 to enable
it to trace individuals and businesses on behalf of clients to establish the whereabouts
of debtors.
